How to brew:

Tea: 1 teabag | Water temp: 80°C | Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes.

Method:

Prepare a full-flavoured cup with deep berry notes by bringing filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use one teabag for every 200–260ml of water into your cup or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the bag, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 4-5 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 10 minutes for a stronger taste, we recommend adding an extra bag rather than the steeping time to avoid bitterness.

Goes well with:
Sugar or lemon.

Pro tip:
Don't limit this to a hot mug! Its natural sweetness and sharp berry notes make it an incredible cold brew. Try steeping it in cold water overnight and topping it with soda water or lemonade for a refreshing, caffeine-free "West Country Mocktail".
