To prepare the perfect cup, bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil at 100°C/212°F. For a hot brew, place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for every 7–9oz (200–260ml) of water into your teapot. Cover and steep for 3-7 minutes depending on your preferred strength - we recommend 4-5 minutes for the best results.
