Subscriptions:

  • Payments & Security: Your payment details will be stored securely, and your card will be charged automatically prior to each scheduled dispatch. All recurring transactions are processed safely via Shopify's secure network.   • Promotions & Discount Codes: If you are using a promotional or discount code on a subscription order, please check the specific terms and conditions of that code to verify its eligibility and see how it will apply to your recurring deliveries.

  • Adding Products or Changing Delivery Frequency: If you wish to add additional items to your next delivery, or if you would like to alter the frequency of your recurring schedule, please email us at info@djmiles.co.uk at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled order date with your request. If you have not received a confirmation email from us within 48 hours, please call us on 01643 703993 to verify your changes, as emails can occasionally bounce, fail, or land in junk folders.

  • Pausing & Cancellations: Pausing or cancelling your subscription is fully down to you to control. You have complete autonomy to pause or stop your service at any time. To do so, simply log into your customer account on our website, navigate to the "My Orders" section, and select the "Manage Subscriptions" tab. Alternatively, you can access this portal via the direct links provided in your original order confirmation emails.
