The blend (Ingredients in bold)

Autumn Equinox Loose Leaf Tea is a restorative, naturally caffeine-free infusion that captures the balance of seasons - the lingering brightness of summer and the grounding warmth of autumn. Centred on nutrient-rich Moringa, the blend is lifted with strawberry leaves, orange pieces, cinnamon, dandelion leaves, safflower petals and natural flavours. The result is an aromatic mix of herbs, fruits, and spices that reflects the harmony of the equinox: light and dark in perfect balance.

The taste

On the palate, Autumn Equinox Loose Leaf Tea is fresh and uplifting, with vibrant orange notes and a gentle sweetness. Light spice from cinnamon adds warmth, while Moringa and dandelion leaves provide an earthy depth. Safflower petals lend a delicate floral nuance. Brewed hot, it yields a bright green infusion, layered with citrus brightness and soft spice; served iced, it transforms into a crisp, refreshing iced tea. Complex, yet highly enjoyable, it’s a tea that soothes while it uplifts - a perfect seasonal transition.

The benefit

Naturally free from caffeine, our Autumn Equinox Loose Leaf Tea can be enjoyed any time of day. Moringa has long been celebrated as a powerhouse of wellness, rich in vitamins A, C and E, as well as antioxidants and polyphenols that help combat stress. Combined with dandelion and citrus, this blend offers a gentle functional boost - clarity and balance without the jitters of caffeine. Ideal as part of a mindful daily routine, it’s a nourishing alternative to traditional teas or sweetened drinks.

The moment

This is a tea for turning points and pauses - a companion for moments of reflection, creativity or calm. Its citrus brightness recalls summer afternoons, while its herbal-spice depth evokes the comfort of autumn evenings. A drizzle of honey works beautifully here, lifting the orange notes and amplifying the gentle warmth of cinnamon, turning each sip into a subtly indulgent treat. Whether you’re easing into a busy day, recharging in the afternoon or winding down at night, Autumn Equinox Loose Leaf Tea meets the moment with harmony and balance.

How to brew:

Tea: 1 heaped teaspoon | Water temp: 100°C | Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes.

Method:

To experience the beautiful mandarin orange notes and light spice of this functional tea, start by bringing filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place one slightly heaped teaspoon of loose tea for every 200–260ml of water into your teapot. Pour the boiling water over the leaves, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 3 to 5 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 7 minutes for a stronger taste, we recommend increasing the amount of tea leaves rather than the steeping time to avoid bitterness.

Pro tip:
If you usually reach for a third cup of coffee to stay focused but hate the late-afternoon jitters, this is your new secret weapon. Moringa is known as the 'Miracle Tree' for its brain-boosting nutrients, providing a natural mental lift without any caffeine. While many health-focused teas can taste a bit "earthy," this one is packed with bright mandarin orange notes and a hint of light spice.
