Forged from an intricate four - region combination of Colombian, Brazilian, Honduran, and Ugandan beans, this lively recipe offers the ideal balance of morning refreshment and essential depth.

Blend Composition and Origins

  • Colombia:
    Supplies a bright, washed component that delivers a clean finish and distinct morning clarity.
  • Brazil:
    Infuses a naturally processed sweetness and a smooth, gentle creaminess to soften the blend.
  • Uganda (Robusta):
    Adds foundational body and a sturdy quality, providing that vital early - day substance and kick.
  • Honduras:
    Contributes high-altitude refinement, weaving a subtle, well-behaved acidity into the cup.

The Art of the Roast

  • Roasting Profile:
    To retain maximum brightness and an energetic profile, the beans are subjected to our nimblest roasting cycle, lasting just 15 - 16 minutes at a controlled 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Roaster’s Expertise:
    Our production team handles this delicate roast with extreme care, monitoring the physical colour transformation entirely by eye to halt the process at the exact second the intrinsic origin characteristics are at their most vibrant.
  • Character:
    This swift, focused craft coaxes out a wonderfully clean, refreshing cup with subtle notes of crisp fruit, light caramelisation, and a smooth, completely approachable finish. It serves as the ultimate early morning companion, performing beautifully in a cafetière or filter brew.
