The Taste
Smugglers' Gold is blended using the very best of the best Assam and Kenya tea leaves. Ceylon tea is also added to the blend – a tea leaf that is aromatic and full of flavour. This combination makes for a very premium tea, bright and very tasty.
The Benefit
Black tea contains polyphenols, a type of antioxidant. Caffeine and an amino acid called L-theanine are also found in black tea, which is said can improve alertness and focus – even more than coffee!

How to brew:
Tea: 1 teabag | Water temp: 100°C | Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes.
Method:
To achieve the stronger taste profile designed for this blend, bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place one teabag for every 200–260ml of water into your cup or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the bag, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 4 to 5 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 7 minutes according to your taste preference, the recommended time for a balanced cup is 4 to 5 minutes.

Milk, sugar or lemon.
