The Blend
Redbush or ‘Rooibos’ originates from South Africa and has been enjoyed worldwide for over 300 years.
The Taste
Our Redbush Tea has a rich, earthy and almost nutty flavour. It is naturally sweet and most commonly drunk with a slice of lemon, but we find a dash of milk and a drizzle of honey is equally delicious.
The Benefit
The recommended daily amount of caffeine is around 400mg a day*, this blend allows you to sip away without concern of your caffeine intake as it is naturally caffeine free.

How to brew:
Tea: 1 teabag | Water temp: 100°C | Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes.
Method:
Begin by bringing filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil to unlock the full potential of this fruity, sweet-noted herbal tea. Use one teabag for every 200–260ml of water into your cup or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the bag, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 3 to 5 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 7 minutes for a stronger taste, we recommend adding an extra bag rather than the steeping time to avoid bitterness.
Goes well with:
Sugar, milk, honey or lemon.
Pro tip:
Redbush is incredibly versatile. It’s traditionally enjoyed with a slice of lemon for a bright finish, but it’s one of the few herbal teas that tastes just as delicious with a dash of milk and honey. If you're trying to cut down on caffeine but still want a "proper" feeling cuppa, this is the perfect place to start.
