How to brew:

Tea: 1 heaped teaspoon | Water temp: 85°C | Brewing Time: 2-4 minutes.

Method:

Begin by bringing filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil, then allow it to cool to approximately 85°C. Pour the tempered water over the leaves, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 2 to 4 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 7 minutes for a stronger profile, we recommend increasing the amount of tea leaves rather than the steeping time to avoid bitterness.

Goes well with:
On it's own.

Pro tip:
Watch the "magic" happen! Use a glass teapot or a large infuser to watch the tightly rolled pellets unfurl into full leaves as they steep. It’s also famously the base for "Moroccan Mint" tea - just add a handful of fresh mint and a bit of sugar to your pot for a traditional, sweet, and cooling treat.
