How to brew:

 

Tea: 1 teabag | Water temp: 100°C | Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes.

Method:
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use one teabag for every 200–260ml of water into your cup or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the bag, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 3-5 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 7 minutes for a stronger taste, we recommend adding an extra bag rather than the steeping time to avoid bitterness.
