How to brew:

 

Tea: 1 teabag | Water temp: 100°C | Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes.

Method:
Unlock the deep lemony aroma and sweet, dry herbaceous notes of this lemon tea by bringing filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use one teabag for every 200–260ml of water into your cup or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the bag, cover, and allow to infuse for an optimum time of 4 to 5 minutes. While the tea can be steeped for up to 7 minutes for a stronger taste, we recommend adding an extra bag rather than the steeping time to avoid bitterness.

Goes well with:
Sugar or lemon.

Pro tip:
This tea is a total chameleon. While it’s a warming, soul-soothing drink when served hot, it is incredible as a cold brew. Many of our customers make up a bottle with a little honey and keep it in the fridge for a refreshing, healthy alternative to sugary soft drinks on a hot day!
