The Roast

A blend of Central and South American beans that have been roasted medium-to-dark in strength and colour to give a powerful espresso with a long lasting, rich crema.

For use in a coffee machine or any kind of filter coffee method: Cafetiere or French Press, Stove Pot, Pour and Serve, Aeropress, Woodneck, Syphon, V60.Follow the manufacturer’s equipment guidelines.

Storage

To maintain the aroma and flavour of your coffee, make sure you store your coffee beans in an airtight container – a tin is better than plastic, or seal up the packaging it arrives in. Once opened, keep your coffee in a fairly cool, dry place for up to two weeks.
