DELIVERY INFORMATION

Mainland UK Deliveries

Free Delivery

We offer free standard deliveryon all orders over £25 to mainland UK retail customers only.

Whilst we will do our best to comply with specific delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee the delivery agent will follow specific instructions. A signature will be required.

We will do everything in our power to ensure all goods reach their destination, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, e.g. poor weather, road closures, etc.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery will arrive within 3-5 working* days. For orders under £25 standard delivery will cost £3.95.

Express Delivery will arrive within 48 hours. Express delivery costs £5.05.

(*working days are Mon-Fri and do not include Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.)

For deliveries to UK offshore destinations (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish highlands and Scilly Islands) please contact us on 0800 387948 for the relevant delivery prices. 


European Deliveries

We are delighted to offer shipping to some European destinations. Please contact our customer service team for a quote on 0800 387948. European deliveries take 3-4 working* days.


Delivery Terms

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders/items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you, to us, within seven working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Important tips for a successful order

Please carefully ensure your address is correct, including the postcode. We can't be held responsible for despatching to addresses that are incorrect. If there is anything you wish to change, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible.

If you wish to add to an outstanding order please contact us by telephone. In some cases your order may have been despatched so an extra postal charge may be included.
