The green tea is manufactured using traditional methods - steamed and pan-dried, to preserve its vibrant colour and spring-like flavour. Small-batch blended and packed with care by the Miles team using Miles experTeas, this 1st Grade selection is an artisanal tribute to one of the world’s great cultural capitals. For the best results, bring water to a boil and allow it to cool to 85°C (185°F) before pouring. Steep one slightly heaping teaspoon for 3–7 minutes (based on your preference) to unlock the full depth of its sweet, floral character.
