The creation

Based on the edge of Exmoor and on Somerset’s coastline, we take inspiration from our beautiful surroundings to create a mug of hot chocolate that embodies a little escape, evoking memories of a holiday in the West Country, with each sip.

Ingredients

Hot Chocolate

Sugar, whey powder (from milk), reduced-fat cocoa (11%), skimmed milk powder, hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), glucose syrup solids, salt, flow agent (E471c), stabilisers (E340, xanthan gum), milk protein, emulsifier (E471), flavouring.

Perfect Brew

Perfect cup

Place 3-6 teaspoons of instant chocolate into a mug, add hot water and stir until fully dissolved before topping with mini marshmallows. For a silkier texture, mix the hot chocolate powder with a splash of cold milk to make a paste, then add the boiling water and stir to dissolve.
