Lemongrass Herb: 65%, Ginger Root 35%
Fruit and herbal teas are best made with water brought to a full boil and used immediately for the tea to release its full flavour (if you're using a teapot remember to warm the pot first). Use one teabag per person or one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person.
Allow to brew for 3-4 minutes.
This fruit tea is best enjoyed on its own, without milk or lemon.
Our Ginger and Lemongrass blend is available in boxes of 15 premium, plastic-free, pyramid shaped tea kites.
Chocolate buttercream sandwiched between two chocolate biscuits, the Bourbon calls for a robust tea that is full of flavour to be washed down with. Our comforting Ginger and Lemongrass Tea Kite has a punchy flavour. Ginger and chocolate – a match made in heaven!
Make sure you store your tea in an airtight container – a tin is better than plastic, or seal up the packaging it arrives in. Although tea feels dry, it contains 3 % moisture and oils that are essential to its flavour. If not properly stored these can evaporate. Keep your tea in a fairly cool, dry place, which is out of sunlight and try to keep away from any spices that could taint the flavour.
