Frothy and delicious iced coffee
A coffee frappe isn’t just for the summer months. Enjoy a refreshing, iced coffee if you are feeling a slump in energy as we head into autumn or sip a frappe mid-morning to wake you up and leave you feeling energized.
Prep time: 5 minutes, plus chill time
Making time: 5 minutes
400ml Miles Kenya coffee
100ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tbsp sugar syrup
Two handfuls of ice cubes
- Make your coffee in a cafetiére, using Miles Kenya Coffee Beans or Ground Coffee. Then set it to one side to cool to room temperature before placing it in the fridge for around an hour to chill.
- Add the ice cubes, milk, sugar syrup and chilled coffee into a blender and blend until the ice cubes have broken up into slush and the mixture has thickened.
- Pour the frappe into tall glasses and top with whipped cream before serving.
